Step by step

In the dashboard, open the machine's card and open its full panel.
In the System menu, open Licenses and check whether Windows and Office show as activated.
To activate, type the client's key and request Windows or Office activation.
If the Windows key is stored in the BIOS, it shows up in the pre-format survey.
