Is there a report for the client?

Yes. The report is per machine, for 30, 60 or 90 days or a custom period, and can be saved as PDF.

How do I show the work to the client?

In the dashboard, next to the company name, open the client report: it lists each computer with its status, the tickets and what was done in the period. Sending that PDF every month is the best argument for keeping the contract.
